A will that reflects your wishes

A professionally drafted will is one of the most important documents you will ever sign. It ensures your assets pass to the people you choose, appoints executors you trust, and — if you have children — records your wishes for their care.

I offer single wills and mirror wills for couples, along with letters of wishes and advice on how your will interacts with inheritance tax where relevant. Every will is drafted personally by a qualified, SRA-regulated solicitor.

Lasting Powers of Attorney — protect your voice when it matters most

A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) lets you appoint someone you trust to act on your behalf if you lose mental capacity. Without one, even close family members have no legal authority to manage your finances or make decisions about your care.

I prepare both types of LPA: Property & Financial Affairs (covering bank accounts, bills, and property) and Health & Welfare (covering medical treatment and daily care decisions). Acting early — while you have capacity — keeps the choice yours.
